I have to agree that a personal trainer is the most effective way to keep yourself motivated and ensure that you get to your goal. I would have never gotten to where I wanted to be without my trainers support! If you are in the NYC area, I would suggest checking personal trainers in NYC, and I would recommend interviewing them before you agree! Some will even offer a free health evaluation as well.
